Overview

  • This website is operated by Stay n’ Sip (“SNS”, “us”, “ours”, “we”, “its” refers to Stay n’ Sip). Stay n’ Sip offers this website and its services to you, “the participant/s”, tailored to your needs upon your acceptance of all terms and conditions outlined below when choosing to use SNS’s website. 

  • By engaging with SNS and requesting our services or products, the participant agrees and is bound to the following terms and conditions – including the additional terms and conditions and policies references listed below. 

  • Please read the terms and conditions carefully before accessing or using any part of the SNS website. We (SNS) reserve the right to update and change terms or service or terms and conditions – the website outlines most current terms of service.

Catering

  • SNS plays no part in the preparation of food. When catering is requested by the participants, SNS engages a local, licenced catering service to prepare and supply all food items.

  • All catering/food orders must be paid for in full by the participants no less than 5 business days prior to the SNS experience. Payment for catering, including any deposit, is made directly to SNS and is non refundable.

Alcohol Service & Delivery

  • Wine tastings conducted during an SNS experience are done so under the liquor licence of the supplying producer or retailer. 

  • As specified the Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing, wholesale/producer and package liquor licence holders may conduct product tastings lawfully.

  • All SNS staff hold a valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol certification and actively enforce regulations as per the New South Wales: Liquor Act 2007. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. All SNS experiences are strictly for participants over 18 years of age.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any participants for any reason at any time; all SNS experiences will require all persons in attendance to produce a current and valid ID at time of service delivery on request. 

  • SNS does not sell liquor. Tastings are provided as per the NSW Liquor Act 2007 but no wine is available for immediate sale during a SNS experience.

  • SNS can direct participants to winery websites where purchases can be made direct however SNS takes no part in the sale. Deliveries from such sales are made by the winery staff and require the purchaser to provide proof of age on receipt.

  • Alcohol will not be supplied to any participants who appear to be intoxicated or in the presence of minors and will be denied delivery at a cost to the purchaser. You may not use any SNS services whilst intoxicated and must adhere to the responsible service of alcohol at all times; it is up to the RSA cardholder to determine if you meet the terms of service.

  • We are a Hunter Valley based business – the primary locations we service are Lovedale, Pokolbin and Rothbury within the Hunter Valley wine region. We can travel to Newcastle, Sydney and the Central Coast regions of New South Wales and are not limited to list areas however bookings outside of the Hunter Valley wine region are subject to availability. Any booking made via the SNS website without prior confirmation of availability may be subject to cancellation with no liability on SNS behalf.

  • Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. 

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time (content, products or resources) without notice. 

  • We are not liable for any third-party product modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of services. 

  • SNS experiences require access to a standard powerpoint within 20 metres and a refrigerator with capacity to fit any catering ordered via SNS.

  • Your chosen accommodation or event space must include a seat and space at the table for each participant.

Covid-19 Information

  • Due to COVID-19 government requirements where SNS experiences are hosted within rented accommodation, all participants will be required to sign in via the NSW Service app on arrival to the venue.

  • Every participant would have to be fully vaccinated.
