CONFIRMATION: Expect to receive an email with the time, date and guest numbers expected for your booking in your inbox.

TWO WEEKS PRIOR: We will contact you to confirm final guest numbers, any dietary requirements or non drinkers amongst your guests. Final payment if not already settled, will be invoiced at this time.

ON THE DAY: Your host will arrive between 30mins - 2 hours prior to your scheduled experience to prepare everything. The amount of time required is determined by the size of your group and ease of access. All you need to provide for set up is table space and a seat for each guest.

DURING THE EXPERIENCE: Your host will provide a fun, approachable and educational look at the Hunter Valley region, including our winemaking style and hero grape varieties while you relax and enjoy.

AT THE CONCLUSION OF YOUR EXPERIENCE: Your host will clear away all items, leaving you with a clean and tidy space. Your guests will also have the opportunity to purchase the wines you tasted during the experience. Wines purchased will be delivered to your accommodation the following day.
