Relax and enjoy your accommodation, we will bring a perfectly paired, five star tasting experience to you. Over 1.5 hours you will sample five local cheeses and two handcrafted chocolates from the Hunter Valley. Each will be paired with a rare, back vintage or museum wine from a boutique producer or private cellars.

While you sip, compete in teams to win two wine related games including Wine Bingo and Wine n' Letters. The champions of the day will take home souvenir certificates.

Our professional wine hosts are passionate about sharing their wine knowledge and you can expect to experience our fun, approachable and educational style.

Learn all about the wines selected not only for their exceptional quality but also to punctuate the story of the Hunter Valley's rich history and our hero grape varieties.

And if you have a non drinker in your group, not to worry, our host can provide a tasting experience for them using our sophisticated non alcoholic option suitable for minors and pregnant guests.
